The System of Quality Management Toolkit (SQMT©)
SQMT© is a Microsoft Windows© based software application aimed at assisting organisations maintain and ensure demonstrable compliance with the International Standard on quality management 'Quality Management For Firms That Perform Audits Or Reviews Of Financial Statements, Or Other Assurance Or Related Services Engagements' (ISQM 1) and corresponding country specific variations of this standard. Focusing on a simple and systematic approach, the SQMT© provides a framework to record, maintain and report on the elements of a system of quality management that have been specified across the entire ISQM 1 Standard including but not limited to Audit Quality Objectives, Quality Risks, Risk Reponses, Monitoring and Remediation and more.Complete with a comprehensive set of professionally prepared sample records across all areas, the SQMT© incorporates a library of 37 Quality Objectives, approximately 60 Quality Risks, 40+ Policies and 80+ Procedures.Where appropriate, sample records provided can be used “as is” and others can be fully tailored to suit individual firm needs. Also, whilst the SQMT©’s forms and reports are locked, the underlying data is fully modifiable. If desired, a firm can use a report writer tool to create further reports.
